Synopsis

‎The events of the film Annihilation revolve around a secret organization called Southern Reach that organizes scientific expeditions to an area called Area X, where the latter is considered an uninhabited place and an abandoned part to which the laws of nature no longer apply at all, where a team of four women, a biologist, an anthropologist, a psychiatrist and a specialist in land surveying will be sent in order to investigate what this place is, and they consider the 12th expedition that goes to this area X, other previous expeditions Of its members committing suicide, there are those who have been exposed to serious cancers, there are those who have been traumatized and others who have disappeared and never returned.‎
