Set in Middle-earth, where the Dark Lord Sauron seeks the only ring. The ring finds its way to a young hobbit named Frodo Bagnes (Elijah Wood). The fate of Middle-earth hangs at stake when Frodo and eight of his companions embark on a journey to Mount of Doom in the Land of Mordor, where he is the only place where the ring can be destroyed.
