Synopsis

‎The story revolves around the struggle of Batman Michael Keaton with the penguin (Danny DeVito) who plans with wealthy businessman Max Shrek (Christopher Wakin) In order for the latter to become the mayor of the city and turn Gotham City into a hotbed of crime, Batman must confront his fierce opponents and improve his image among the people, and at the same time Acting with a strange adversary who loves and hates him at the same time; she is the cat woman who was Max's secretary is a partner before an accident causes her to transform into this mysterious character.‎
