The film takes place on one day, May 15, 1938, when Adolf Hitler visits Rome to meet with Mussolini to outline their insane plan to ignite World War II. Through a married woman with six children, all of whom belong to the Fascist Party. Everyone goes to celebrate this historic meeting, leaving the mother alone in the popular residential area. She discovers that there is a neighbor who did not go to this meeting, and a romantic relationship between them shows their true personality away from the weight of war and life.
