In Poland in 1944 and in the Nazi era, Jacob is summoned to the German security headquarters, and there he listens to news on German radio indicating the progress of the Soviets over the Germans, publishes this news upon his return to the Jewish ghetto, in order to raise the morale of his people, as well as publishes other news in order to increase the hope of the residents of his neighborhood, which contributes to raising their morale strongly.
