In a small Texas town after World War II, the two friends (Sonny) and (Dwayne) live between cinemas, girls and football, and breathe on the heart of the beautiful girl (Jessie), and because her father is wealthy, young people in the town believe that whoever wins the girl's heart and marries her will live a happy life for life, and during this period the two friends learn many lessons about love, loneliness and jealousy.
