In one of the isolated rural places in Algeria, one of the girls reaches the age of spinsterhood, due to a strange disease that makes her fall asleep at any moment while talking, the girl's brother is annoyed by the talk of the villagers, so he invents during his drunkenness the character of an alleged imaginary orator, rich, and very powerful, and exploits that fictitious character, to achieve great financial gains, and at the same time, rejects his sister's relationship with a poor young man.
