The story of the film revolves around an unknown man named (Challat) who roams the streets of Tunisia in the summer of 2003, and holds in his hand a sharp blade with which he hits the buttocks of the most beautiful women who walk on the sidewalks of the city, until he became a mysterious character that everyone fears without anyone seeing him, or knowing whether it is just a rumor or reality.
