Synopsis

‎Tom Lingo works as a teacher and football coach, lacks happiness with his wife, and suffers from his mother's cruel bullying. The family has a history of suffering, his twin sister Savannah used to commit suicide, his brother‎‎Ed returned troubled from the Vietnam War, and his father left them and left them suffering, so Tom decides to go to New York to stand next to his sister after her last suicide attempt, he meets the psychiatrist Susan Lewenstein, whom she treats, and begins to fall in love with her.‎
