Fausta suffers from a rare disease called milk of grief, which is transmitted through breast milk to pregnant women who have been abused or raped during or shortly after pregnancy. While living in constant fear and confusion due to this disease, she must face the sudden death of her mother. She chose to take drastic measures not to follow in her mother's footsteps.
