Anis Zaki, an employee at the Ministry of Health, but he is always unconscious due to hashish, he gets to know the actor Rajab Al-Qadi, who in turn introduces him to the group with which he spends most of his time in one of the buoys overlooking the Nile, and Anis becomes part of this group that lives in its own world away from the pain of reality.
