Synopsis

‎A mysterious phenomenon is rampant in the city, where men suffer from impotence due to increasing public and private frustrations, Colonel (Magdy) follows the events from the reality of his work in the police and an active journalist joins him, but they are confronted with an attempt to blackout from‎‎ officials and official denial, to continue trying, will they succeed?‎
