Synopsis

‎The film follows investigators' interrogation of one of the crooks who is one of only two survivors of a massacre and a boat fire in the Port of Los Angeles. ‎‎The crook tells a twisted story that leads him and four other criminals to that boat and to a legendary fugitive criminal named Kaiser Susie.‎
